PELLASX® Factory Service Technician

Due to dynamic growth, we are looking for an employee for the position of Factory Service Technician. The candidate for this position will be required to have a fluent knowledge of heating technology in the scope of: verification and assessment of heating systems in terms of the applied hydraulic, installation and control solutions. Knowledge of pellet burner control systems, experience in servicing heating equipment in residential and industrial heating. Basic knowledge of building law regulations regarding the construction and equipment of solid fuel boiler rooms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer service and service support,
• Servicing equipment at customer sites,
• Maintaining ongoing documentation of service repairs and complaints,
• Carrying out warranty and post-warranty repairs as well as initial commissioning,
• Performing periodic inspections,
• Cooperation with other departments within the company.

Requirements:

• Technical education,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the heating and installation industry (pellet boiler/pellet burner service technician),
• SEP qualifications (welcome),
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Knowledge of installation hydraulics principles,
• Knowledge of control automation of heating systems,
