Website: The multilingual website belonging to the Administrator operating under the following domains: pellasx.pl, pellasx.pl, pellasx.de, pellasx.es, pellasx.com, pellasx.gr, pellasx.se, pellasx.fr.

User: A person using the Website.

This document applies to all activities performed by us within the Website, as well as in connection with it — in particular in relation to the services we provide, in which we act as the personal data administrator.

Personal data

The User may provide their personal data to the Administrator using the contact form, the newsletter subscription form, by adding comments to articles published on the Website, or by sending them to us via email or SMS. We collect only the minimum amount of personal data required, which is provided voluntarily and is necessary to fulfil a specific purpose:

• in order to prepare and present an offer of our products and services, establish contact with a local distributor, submit a service request, or prepare a reply to any other question addressed to us through the contact forms on the Website;
• subscribing the User to the newsletter enables the sending of additional promotional materials, information about new products and services, content, video recordings, and information about courses created by the Administrator;
• comments allow the User to express their opinion about an article and to discuss the topic raised therein;
• recruitment — we process personal data received in the recruitment documents sent to us, such as: curriculum vitae, cover letter and photograph — only where there is explicit User Consent to the processing of the personal data provided for the purposes of ongoing and/or future recruitment.
