Our company’s mission is to promote renewable energy sources through a strategy of continuous development of biomass combustion technology – constantly improving solutions already implemented and working on further innovative devices. That is why we use the most advanced technologies in the production of our pellet burners and continually upgrade our machinery.
InCroX is a heat-resistant high-chromium alloy with excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion. Its uniform, seamless structure ensures long service life. In Revo burners it is used as cast steel (rotating combustion chamber), while in ECOS and ECOS Industrial it is used as cast iron (grate plates).
A segmented trough-type grate with independent section movement that effectively removes ash and slag. It enables the combustion of lower-quality pellets and continuous operation without interruptions for cleaning.
A movable grate system that ensures efficient ash removal. The entire grate section forms a pull-out module, which significantly speeds up inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
A multi-stage grate that provides controlled, multi-stage combustion and efficient ash removal in medium- and high-power pellet burners.
Continuous, uninterrupted pellet burner operation directly depends on the operating mode and frequency of the stepped grate. The grate position is monitored by a dedicated sensor.
A dedicated inspection port in ECOS pellet burners makes it easy to vacuum ash from beneath the grate without the need to dismantle the burner itself.
Provides precise control over air distribution within the combustion chamber. The system mechanically shuts off the air supply to areas where excess air is not desired.
An electronically controlled brushless DC motor ensures low energy consumption, quiet operation and smooth, precise speed regulation.
A modern gear motor integrated with a synchronous motor ensures precise fuel dosing and low energy consumption.
The motor driving the internal feeder and the motor controlling the fan have been combined into a single unit equipped with a Hall sensor. This allows for precise dosing of both fuel and air.
A system that delivers air centrally to the combustion chamber to increase combustion efficiency and safety. The air intensifies flame swirling, and the use of a Venturi nozzle reduces the risk of flame backflow.
The internal feeder dispenses pellets into the combustion chamber while also performing a fuel-mixing function. It supports even fuel distribution within the firebox and ash removal, optimising the combustion process.
An integrated safety system based on a chute with a counterweighted tilting flap, which creates a physical barrier between the combustion chamber and the fuel feeder.
An automatic sealing system for the blower chamber. When the boiler operates in wood gasification mode, the flap tightly closes the air supply through the pellet burner.
The use of clamp fasteners enables quick installation and removal of the pellet burner on a dedicated spacer flange.
Thanks to the modular construction of the pellet burner, only four bolts need to be undone to remove the entire rotating combustion chamber module, which greatly simplifies seasonal servicing.
A clip system that enables quick installation of the X-line pellet burner in the boiler, without the need for traditional dowels and mounting bolts.
A combination of a safe burner plug with convenient terminal blocks for connecting all burner components. Simplifies installation and servicing.
A proprietary design of safe burner plug developed and manufactured exclusively for PellasX. Works together with the X.Board System (connection board) to form a complete electrical module for the pellet burner.
Automatic fuel ignition used in all PellasX pellet burner lines. Ensures a repeatable and reliable start of the burner operating cycle without operator intervention.
The X.Gnite igniter has been designed with easy replacement in mind. The quick installation/removal system eliminates the need to dismantle the pellet burner when replacing the ignition element.
An advanced burner control unit, responsible for precise management of fuel feeding, fan operation, ignition and safety systems. Optimises the combustion process in real time.
A protective housing for Revo-line pellet burners made of non-flammable ABS material or powder-coated steel. It protects the electronic components and provides an aesthetic finish to the burner.
An integrated safety system based on a chute with a counterweighted tilting flap, which creates a physical barrier between the combustion chamber and the fuel feeder. Used in Revo, Revo EC, Revo EC HG and ECOS pellet burners.
A tight rotary valve with an independent drive ensures a high level of safe burner operation — it prevents flame backflow. A solution exclusively for ECOS Industrial pellet burners (350, 500 kW).
