PellasX is the brand under which we have been manufacturing pellet burners (biomass) for boilers since 2001. These are high-quality, technologically advanced burners available on both the Polish and international markets. Our offer includes pellet burners with a power output ranging from 10 to 500 kW in six technological lines – Revo, Revo EC, Revo EC HG, ECOS, ECOS Industrial and X.
The fuel used in PellasX burners is wood pellets and agro-pellets (ECOS and ECOS Industrial lines). These fuels have low carbon dioxide emissions and are therefore environmentally friendly. Installing a PellasX burner in a boiler results in lower heating costs compared to oil. The boiler room stays clean and the smoke coming out of the chimney smells like burning wood.
The operation of the devices is managed using intuitive, easy-to-use controllers, which allow for full automation and provide comfortable use of the pellet burners. In addition, the control system can be extended with a room thermostat module or a module for controlling the boiler operation via the internet.
PellasX pellet burners can be connected to any boiler: coal, oil, gas, or other solid fuel stoves. They are used in small households, multi-family buildings (small housing cooperatives), bakeries, hotels, public utility facilities, schools, as well as production and storage halls.
Most often, the burner is selected to match the boiler’s power. An undersized burner will consume a lot of energy to heat a large heating unit. If the boiler’s power is specified at the upper limit of the pellet burner’s power range, we can use a pellet burner one „size” larger in our boiler. However, it should be remembered that excess burner power will not be absorbed by the boiler.
Our specialists will individually adjust the burner power to your needs. Prices of pellet burners are available from distributors and boiler manufacturers who sell stoves with our biomass burners: list of boiler manufacturers
