Easy Clean-Out System
A movable grate system that ensures effective ash removal. The entire grate section is a pull-out module, which significantly speeds up inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.
Uninterrupted burner operation depends directly on the operating mode and cycle frequency of the stepped grate. Grate position is monitored by a dedicated sensor.
InCroX is a creep-resistant cast steel with a high chromium content, resistant to high-temperature corrosion. Its uniform, weld-free structure ensures durability. Used in Revo combustion chambers, ECOS stepped grates and ECOS INDUSTRIAL trough grates.
A system that delivers air centrally into the combustion chamber to increase combustion efficiency and safety. The air intensifies flame swirl, while the use of a Venturi nozzle reduces the risk of flame backflow.

The X.Gnite igniter is designed for easy replacement. The quick assembly/disassembly system eliminates the need to remove the burner when replacing the ignition element.
